•Oxygen: target SpO2 >94%
•Continuous cardiac monitoring
•Two large-bore IVs
•Obtain vital signs: BP, HR, RR, temperature
•Assess perfusion: skin color, temperature, capillary refill
•Obtain ECG
•Obtain lactate
•Obtain troponin
•Obtain blood cultures if fever
