Indications
- ✓ Acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI)
- ✓ Acute ischemic stroke (within 4.5 hours)
- ✓ Pulmonary embolism (massive)
- ✓ Acute thrombosis
Contraindications
- ✗ Active bleeding
- ✗ Recent surgery (<3 weeks)
- ✗ Intracranial hemorrhage history
- ✗ Severe uncontrolled hypertension (>180/110)
- ✗ Ischemic stroke within 3 months
- ✗ Aortic dissection
- ✗ Pericarditis
